Default CD drive help

ok, so i got

TSSTcorp CDDVDDW TS-L632H ATA Device

and it has stopped working. my computer originally came with vista, but
recently Norton 360 was taken off... and the device stopped working. i
tried the search for updates, but its up to date, i tried to do a search
for "check for solutions" because it was saying i was getting an error
39...

i figure that its because i lost norton 360 that the device stopped
working, and i lost some of the program when norton was removed... my
laptop isnt but 2 months old.

Default CD drive help

Hi Sellestia,

Please post the full error message - we can't work it out from 39...

When you say Norton 360 was taken off, did you follow the steps in this
link exactly? ( when you get to the site your print dialog might start-
just close it )

'How to uninstall and reinstall Norton 360'

If not, try reinstalling it and then uninstalling it again - both steps
are described in the link.

Hope this helps
