Hi,

Question #1 is do you need to? Is there some functionality that it offers
that you don't currently have but need? Is the current driver working
properly? In general, driver updates should only be done when there is an
issue with a current one.

As to the issue you are having, it sometimes helps to uninstall the driver
and any supporting software prior to attempting to install a new one. Also
be certain that the driver supports your operating system type (not just
version, but also 32/64 bit) and the device itself is supported by the
release. If this fails to help, then you should contact the device
manufacturer for additional assistance.

That looks like the title of a Windows Update driver package. Are you
seeing this by browsing the Windows Update catalog
(http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Home.aspx), or are you seeing
this offered to you when WU scans your machine?
