Default Problem with Blue Screen/Explorer error on Startup

I have three users accounts on my HP Pavilion DV9260, running windows vista
ultimate. Two accounts open up fine but one stops and indicates Explorer is
not responding, and when you press search for updates I get a blue screen.

My event viewer reflects the following Bluescreen error:
Fault bucket X64_0x9F_nt!PopBuildDeviceNotifyLis****chdog+2f, type 0
Event Name: BlueScreen
Response: None

Is this enough information for a request for help? otherwise what else is
need?

Thanks, Dave

When you send this error (the bluescreen) to Microsoft, do you get any
helpful response?

Watchdog is a driver written by Microsoft which looks for unresponsive
devices. If an unresponsive device is detected, Watchdog will blue screen
your machine (as there is no way for Windows to know at this point if data
is about to be corrupted).

Video devices are typically the cause of Watchdog taking down the system -
so I would check for driver updates for your display adapter(s) first.

The crash dump file generated during the bluescreen will contain information
about which device on your system became unresponsive. It is bad manners to
post binary files directly to a newgroup forum that is not specifically open
for binary posts. Anyone here have a suggestion of an easy method for Dave
to share the dump file?
