Is this a 64 bit processor? If so, can I run Vista 64 bit?

If so, can I load 32 bit software without issues?

Thanks

Yes, it's a 64 bit CPU and can run Vista x64. It will also run Vista x86 and
any other 32 bit software just fine. I am typing this on a notebook with a
Turion 64 x2 TL-50. Currently I'm dual booting Vista Business x86 (32
bit)and Longhorn Server (64 bit). I have also tried Vista Ultimate x64 with
no problems.

Thanks Kerry. Can I do an upgrade from Vista x86 32 bit to 64 bit?

No here is no way to upgrade from 32 bit to 64 bit. You can only do a clean
install.
