Usb Serial Controller

If so, that is your issue. This device (according to their system requirements) only works with Vista 32 bit OS. See: http://www.alk.com/copilot/ and click System Requirements on right side of screen. |

If you are attempting to install by plugging in the device and not have installed the software that came with the device that would be your problem. You need to contact their technical support people for further assistance since you do have a 32 bit operating system. If a device driver is necessary it would have to come from their company as well as further support on the issue. |
