ntuser.dat x2 with only 1 user, i think im infected!!!
happy new year friends, i just formatted my comp & before i did i ran scans with spy-bot, win Onecare & McAfee just to make sure i had no infections. I also made sure i updated all antispyware & virus app & then did my scans whilst i was disconnected from the net. After i reinstalled, i installed Acronis Image Home11, which B4 i have installed with no prob's, but this time i decided to installed Acronis for my user only but when i installed the app it did not appear nowhere, so i decided to check my setting and found that i had two ntuser.DAT files. i know ntuser is an important file and shouldn't be deleted, but what if i only have one user on my PC, and my account is admin. the files are (1st) ntuser.DAT @ 256KB & the other ntuser.DAT is 0 bytes, I'm not sure but i think i might be infected, can any1 assist.
