Default Syncing up folders

I have pictures on 3 or 4 different PCs and a NAS drive. I'd like to sync
them all. Any suggestions on the best way to do this inexpensively?
Windows Explorer doesn't seem the tool for the job!

Unfortunately, this link points to SyncToy v2.0, which has known
problems of corrupting files when syncing with NAS.

Is there an alternative, reliable way to sync between NAS and specific
file locations on a PC?
