Default SD Memory Card

I'm using Vista Home, and whenever I try to put in a memory card it
doesn't work. So I checked the device manager to see if the drivers were
installed, it said they weren't, so I clicked for it to automatically
search for the right driver online, and it didn't find any. Is there
anything I can do to fix this??

Default SD Memory Card

Desktop or Notebook?
Internal or external card reader?
Type and capacity of card, as in are you trying to read an SDHC card in an
older card reader?

Not sure whether this helps, but have a look at it anyhow. Seems to be
mainly for the HC card problem. 'Availability of the Windows Vista
Secure Digital (SD) rollup package'

"It doesn't work" is not enough information.
