mail zonder inhoud

Soms krijg ik in Windows mail een mailtje zonder inhoud. Letterlijk staat er
niks in dus en kan ik hem ook niet lezen. Waar ligt dit aan en hoe kan ik
zo'n mailtje "restaureren "?
