Default Acerscan prisa 320U drivers

I to have "upgraded?" to vista. No choice, it came with the notebook....

Can anyone see Acer writing a driver for an old scanner (Win98 era)?

I'd hate to throw a working piece of hardware away...!

If someone can help, it would be appreciated.
