How do I change the PSD size
You cannot change the size of the hard drive partition where Windows is
installed with any of the tools available in Windows without completely formatting the drive. To do this without destroying the OS installation, you need to get a third party partition manager like Acronis Disk Director. Disk Director can non-destructively resize the primary partition.
