No windows.old created during upgrade installation
This is not a problem for me, but I just thought I post this:
I did an upgrade installation of Vista Biz from XP Home from an upgrade disc that I bought at Best Buy, and when it was done everything worked correctly, including my existing applications, but there was no windows.old folder in the root of C: (the only drive, showing Hidden Files and Folders and Protected Operating System Files). -- David Dickinson eveningstar at die-spammer-die dash mvps dot org |
