How do you know it is a hardware interrupt that is causing the problem?
What, if anything, shows in the event viewer?
Are there any conflicts in Device Manager?
How about in msinfo32/hardware/conflicts?
Is the system BIOS fully updated?
Did you run the upgrade advisor? What were the results?
Have you disabled rom shadowing?
