I have the same problem, I have a Lenovo T60p and a Lenovo webcam, it was
working O.K. but suddenly after I installed Vista SP1 it didn't work anymore,
so I uninstalled SP1 but, you know what? Now it didn't works neither, I'm
totally lost, can someone give me some clue to solve this issue? I know I'm
not the only one, but is Microsoft doing something to give a solution?

Got to Windows/INF/INFCACHE.1, made a copy (INFCACHE.Copy-1, the tried to
delete the orig., but after Vista went through its security dialog boxes, it
still wouldn't let me delete the file. I then tried to rename it
INFCACHE.BAK, but the same ritual transpired...Vista said no go again.
