Modem Drivers Incompatible? HELP!!
you can say that again !! :-)
I got my Voyager Classic modem working once - after hours of struggling - with Beta 2, but RC1 is not having any. It installs OK (not from the disc, but from drivers downloaded onto hard-drive) but I cannot actually connect. NB BT are NO help at all (surprise, surprise !!!) I get the impression that Vista wants to be connected via Ethernet. pipdev "Algypalgy" wrote: Thats great MKW, but how exactly did you do it???? Were you installing to 32 bit or 64 bit, what was the Build number for Vista, etc. I'm sure every Voyager user in the world are just gagging to know!!!!! Kind regards, Algypalgy "MKW" wrote: Im using a BT voyager usb modem and it works after about the 4th attempt, however I it wont let me set it as the default connection, oh well at least its working for now.
