Hi,
0xD1 errors are usually driver related. They won't get fixed by Microsoft as
they don't write the drivers. Driver files are supplied by the hardware
manufacturer, so knowing which module is causing the error would help. If
you can send the minidump file to me at rick_at_mvps_dot_org using a subject
line of 'per req', I'll take a look to see if I can tell you where to start.
