I went back and reread your original post.
You already know the speed is 15.2MB/S.
You know it's USB2 speed cause it's 15x faster than usb1.
Assuming you're copying ONE big file, you're in the range
where going faster depends on the speeds of the drives involved
and the processor speed. You may be able to get more speed
by using device manager to set policy to "optimize for performance".
Be sure to READ all of the policy screen before you do it.
