Yes it does.
If you get the TV card installed and working, Vista will load the drivers for the remote. I use a Hauppauge PVR500 (2 tuners) and a Hauppauge PVR150 (single tuner)
with Vista RC2 x64. I can record up to 3 streams or record 2 and watch another the same time. Along th same line, I guess the MS IR Wireless MCE Edition keyboard should
