Since your TV has fixed native resolution of 1366x768 there is no reason to
send it any higher resolution since it would have to be downscaled(delete
data) to 1366x768
If you right click on empty space on your desktop what options do you get?
A control panel option should be present,.

The TV is a SHARP 26" (my mistake), model: LC-26SH10U, the cable is a
BELKIN HDMI Interface-to-DVI Video Cable. I don't know that it is a dual
link cable. Your questions prompted me to read the cable specs and it
will support high-definition (720p to 1080p) and standard video (480i to
480p), so I must change the resolution coming out of the NVIDIA graphics
card to meet the cable specification. One of the other problems I'm
facing is that I have not been able to install a "control panel"
provided by NVIDIA, I don't know why, it only load something call NVIDIA
PhysX properties, but not the actual control panel, I will contact
NVIDIA on this. Anyway, I will pursue this potential solution for now.

I have installed Nvidia Geforce 8400GS (graphics card), I'm
running
Vista (Home), I'm trying to use my Sharp 32" HDTV as a monitor. I
have
downloaded the latest drivers and also set the BIOS driver to AUTO
as
to
use the add-in (Nvidia) device. Even though I get an image on the
TV
monitor, the hardware device shows "this device cannot find enough
free
resources that it can use" CODE 12. (Note: I have already disabled
the
built-in graphic device that came with the computer) The
resolution
is
extremely poor and I can't think of any other trick I could use to
resolve the problem.
