Default encrypting files

OK I found out it is vista version option. This is silly by MS to turn
this security feature off in these days of identity theft. I am sure there
must be some key to enable this other than going third party. I have
always been a enterprise customer of MS so I never noticed the version
issues, I find this to be a very silly or negligent item to turn off. MS
shame on you all.

I think you'll find that, rather than denying the ability to be secure, it's
more about denying you the ability to wipe out your family photos and videos
by applying encryption without being (or having access to) something more of
a professional user who can set your encryption up without loss.
