Default USB 2.0

I've got a clean install of Windows Vista RTM. When I plug in a USB 2.0
device, I get a message saying that the device isn't running at full speed.
Something along the lines of the device supporting a higher speed than the
port it's plugged into.

Which makes me think that my USB 2.0 ports might be running at 1.1.
Everything looks okay in Device Manager, though. What else should I look for?

My motherboard is an Asus P5WD2 Premium, which definitely supports USB 2.0.

Default USB 2.0

I resolved this. Turns out that the USB ports were configured in my BIOS to
not talk at 2.0 speeds. Why that was the default setting, I have no clue. But
once I changed it in the BIOS, the error went away.
