installation issue
For your information:
all you need is an empty partition in order to install Vista...........it will create the dual boot options. The choice will come up when you boot.....Old OS or Vista You actually paid for Vista??? peter -- "Those are my principles. If you don't like them I have others." "kyle" wrote in message ... I installed Norton Partition Magic w/ Boot Magic in order to partition my drive to run dual OS between Winxp and Vista. Last night I was able to switch between the two using the Boot Magic Rescue Disk but now that doesn't work. I contacted Symantec and they said their product doesn't support Vista so I can't use it to do what I'm trying to do. I'm becoming very frustrated with this whole thing. I like Vista and would like to use the OS I bought but not if it's going to be such a hassle. -- kyle |
