Default Access son's account but have no admin privligages, vista

Hi,
my son got a new computer (running vista) and right away created an admin account for himself, and made a secondary standard account. His account is password protected, and he refuses to let me have it. I was wondering if there was a way to access the admin account and install a parental control program which i have chosen by logging onto the standard account. I would preferably like if he didn't figure out that I accessed his computer, so he doesn't try to delete the standard account or remove the programs until I have successfully installed the program. I have also tried ophcrack to crack his password, but he has a very strong password

1. how do I access an admin account from a standard account without reseting passwords
or
2. how would I install a program onto his account from a standard account
