While u copy any folder from Other computer or download it may be a folder which was shared on the source and it doesn't have any permissions.
to delete such folder
1.)First turn-off UAC
2.)Then stop sharing the Unknown-Owner
3.)Change the permissions if possible
4.)Now delete the Folder
