Default Drive imaging monitor

I have an HP all in one 2610 that works well with win xp, but when I tried to
install in win vista...The DIM drive imaging monitor doesn't work with win
vista, although all in one appears in printers folder and work ( I can print
any document), the message of DIM (or central solution) is: none device HP is
installed.
HP support wanna that I try to install in other computer with Vista, good
solution!
When the software of HP is being installed and the screen to connect the usb
cord is showed, only the windows install all in one drivers, the screen of HP
doesn't turn the "go" button avaliable, thats the trouble.
Hey, "xfile", how did you get? I tried the firewall solution, but it didn't
work.
Any help is welcome.
Thanks
Spaniel
