Default Adding new location for "Send to" command in shortcut menu (rght-c

This should be simple enough but I can't seem to find anyplace that actually
tells me how to do it. I know one used to be able to do it in older versions
of Windows

click on Start, in the search box, type "shell:sendto" without the quotes,
hit Enter
This should open the Sendto folder. Just copy shortcuts to it.

Click Start, type "shell:sendto" and press {ENTER}

Add the shortcuts in there.
