Default Wireless IntelliMouse Explorer with Fingerprint Reader will not work, please help!

Hi Renegade,
I also tried that with a new user account and re-installed, like you said,
it didn't work.
Please let me know if MS came up with a brain storm for a fix.
Thanks.

I phoned Microsoft.

They suggested I add a new user account and re-install. I did this; it
didn't work!

I have now been escalated and will be contacted in 3 days!

Well, Microsoft rang me back...

Apparently this is one of the one in 200 problems for which Microsoft
have no solution.

The only way to get it to work is to re-install the OS. Decided to use
it with my work computer instead!! Works fine on Vista on this one!

So I suppose that concludes it... Microsoft can't fix it.
