Before installing 32-bit Vista, I have upgraded the motherboard on my
computer to

Pentium 945 with dual core processor, increased the RAM to 2GB and changed
the

graphic card to NVIDIA Geforce 7300 SE.



The SoundBlaster Live card is not recognized which was known before
installing Vista.

So I am using the RealTech Sound device on the motherboard for sound. The
Device

manager recognizes the VideoMate Card used by me as video capture device but
the

Control Panel under the video display in Compro PVR2 does not turn up.

Is this a problem with the driver or is the VideoMate TV SAA7130 recognized
in the Device

Manager a Vista error?



Do I have to find a new Vista compatible video capture card? What is
surprising

however, is that Windows Media Player can play mpeg files and the FLV file
players can

play the flash video music files one can download from YouTube. How does
Vista do

that? Is there a different video processor used by Vista?

I had FLV Player on Windows XP SP2 on my system and a folder full of flv
music videos downloaded from YouTube. I have upgraded to 32-bit Vista and
the FLV Player is still working fine.
