can't view thumbnails or preview photos
I have children, and think they may have made some change that I don't know
about and don't know how to fix. I had previously been able to view my thumbnails and preview pictures using Windows picture and fax, and now my thumbnails just have the icon on them and when I select "preview", it does nothing. If anyone knows how I can fix this, PLEASE let me know. Thanks much!

(My English is not good so I hope you understand me). 1.- In your Windows Explorer go to "Tools", when you saw the "Folder Options" window, go at the tab "View" then on the section "Files and Folders" un-mark the first option that say "Always show icons, never thumbnails", this steep is ready. 2.- If the 1st steep does not work, then make a pray hahaha, on your taskbar make right click, go to "Properties" and mark the last option that say "Show windows previews (thumbnails)" and i hope this one works for you. 3rd. and last I hope, if you have more than one Video Card, change the Main Monitor to the other Video Card, then try the steep 1 and 2. I am having the same problem...monitor my thread..."Desktop and thumbnails View error". I have also posted some screenshots of the screens that I get. See if it matches your problems. May be we can solve this together. -- professional100
