Default no connection to the internet at vista startup

Hey I got this wierd problem, when I start Vista up, it shows a ! over the
network icon, and it states that there is a problem with the internet
connection. But if I push the hibernate button and go back, the connection is
fixed. I tried to set up the network manually, but still the same problem.
Anyone experienced the same problem?

Is there an on-going problem with this adapter? I have that adapter onboard,
and am also having headaches with internet connectivity. I can see my local
network, and am supposedly connected to the net but get nowhere.

I have a ULi M526X adapter, which is an onboard adapter. But now it seems
like I just should let windows run for some minuttes and it fixes itself.

If you have a Marvell Yukon adapter AND have upgraded from a previous build
TO build 5600, you will have to uninstall and re-install the driver from
device manager (devmgmt.msc). (Re-install should be automatic via a scan.)

This bug has already been fixed.

Default no connection to the internet at vista startup

I have a marvell Yukon onboard (Asus A8V Deluxe) from a fresh install of
Build 5600 Win32.
I have access to the local network an partially to the Internet.
For instance, www.microsoft.com works, but not the go.microsoft.com or
www.google.com...
Cannot activate Vista either...

Will have to try to remove and reinstall it tonight to see if it fix
anything...
But since it not an upgrade, I do not think it would solve my problem. Any
other known problems with the Yukon adapter?? Maybe some config about
timings???

This specific problem would have shown up as a device error. If you have
connectivity to your network then this is not the same problem.
Additionally, this is only a problem for upgrade from certain builds to RC1.

I would recommend starting a new thread here and giving more information
about the problem to see if someone can help with that specific issue.
