Try rebooting using Last Known Good Configuration on the Advanced Boot
Options menu.

Hello, Rice. Check your touchpad : Control Panel - (left panel) pick
Classic View - choose Mouse - click on the BIG arrowhead - click Button
Settings, make sure touchpad and touchpad buttons are enabled, click the
RED "x" button - click Touchpad Settings, make adjustments to Speed and
Sensitivity, and check the appropriate boxes. Try the touchpad. Does it
work now ? That's all I know about checking the touchpad/mouse.
