Default remove program (PCCILLIN) that crashed during uninstall

I just wanted to start the Live One Care Beta but ran into a problem with
the version 14 of PCCILLIN.
It disconnected the network and locked up the uninstall.
I had to turn off the computer to get things back running.
So, the PCCILLIN is gone as far as the uninstall program knows but it is
still there and preventing me from installing Live One Care.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

You can try using System Restore to roll back to a point in time before you
installed PCCILLIN. Restore points are usually created before you install a
program. To launch System Restore, search for "System Restore" on the Start
menu and launch the System Restore program that appears in the list.

One Care Live I was going to look at this today for Vista but can't get the
the further info. link at the moment - do we uninstall our AV before using
One Care?

If you go to the Trend Beta site there is a PCtool to troubleshoot bad
uninstalls it might help to clear the leftovers if System Restore doesn't
work.

One Care REQUIRES that you uninstall completely PC Cillin before
installing it.

I started evaluating it yesterday and I have mixed feelings. The thing
I like the less is that the virus & spyware scan is too slow and
cannot be customized in any way.
