Default Disabling AGRAVATING warning when embedded object is activiated

Whenever I activate an embedded MP3 in Word or Open Office, I get the
following nag:

Open Package Contents
The Package you are about to open is a file type that can be unsafe. It
could harm your computer!
Unelss you are absolutely certain about the nature, source, and contents of
this package, please press the Cancel button.

I MUST DISABLE THIS OR I WILL GO CRAZY!!!!! Please, is there any way to do
so?

Try:
microsoft.public.office.setup

Or:
Use the Help link.
Which will tell you:
Tools | Options | Security | Macro Security | Low

I have macro security totally disabled in Office. I don't think it's an MS
Office issue, since I get the exact same warning when I double-click an
embedded MP3 in Open Office. I think it's Windows Vista (and XP, and maybe
2000).
