Yes, it will. Doom 3 was released before the "Games for Windows" was

Doom 3
Doom 3 runs fine on VistaX64. There are some small bugs in it though. When it autosaves and put you into the next level if you bring the drop-down screen up then is will say 'error loading' a certain wav file or monster, but runs great otherwise. The problm I'm having with it is getting v 1.3.1 to download and overlay properly. I can't find hardly any servers to play online. -- BigDaddy

Doom 3 runs fine on VistaX64. There are some small bugs in it though. When it autosaves and put you into the next level if you bring the drop-down screen up then is will say 'error loading' a certain wav file or monster, but runs great otherwise.
