Default adminstrator has parental controls?

I bought a new laptop, have no kids, and have parental controls that block
everything, good and bad. It says that as the admin I have no arental
controls, then why am I blocked and how can i get rid of it?

Hello dave351,
Open another admin account, logon to that new admin account, change the
first admin account to standard user account, turn off parental controls if
it's actually turned on.. Now you can change it back to admin.account.
The only possible way that an admin account would have parental controls was
that it was initially an user account. Parental controls was set to that
account. Then the account was changed to admin.without removing the parental
controls. Of course, I'm speculating.
