Burner not recognized
I have Vista Home Premium SP1 on my Quad 9300 computer. When running Ulead
VS11.5 (video editing program) my DVD burner is not recognized when I want to make a DVD. With other programs I can use my DVD (Nero...). I suppose this is a Vista/Quad related problem because on my other Core Duo PC, running XPSP2 and the same burning programs, there is no problem recognizing my DVD burner in the VS11.5 program. Thanks for any help. |

In particular what have you been told in the Ulead user forums by other users? |

Burner not recognized
Both drives are SATA. I used several resources (e.g.
http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtop...7f90 ce0ccf00) also including the Ulead site you mentioned. I am also asking Corel (Ulead) to help about this problem. No result up to now...I tought by putting this issue in this thread I could get general information about why a drive is not recognized in a particular application.
