keyboard and mouse not recognized after Vista loads
I think i accidently trashed my mouse and keyboard drivers -- i uninstalled
them planning to reinstall them ... Now I cannot log into my computer -- cause there is no mouse or keyboard. I have the initial install CD and did the "repair" and it found no errors but didnt fix the problem. My motherboard has NO PS2 ports so mouse and keyboard are both USB. Have tried this with several mouse keyboards --- The mouse and keyboard work fine when I load Vista from the install CD. any ideas on how to get the drivers reloaded??? ---Jim |

Try booting with the CD and doing a system restore to a date and time prior
to the uninstall. -- David Vair CNE,CNA,MCP,A+,N+ "jimInSeaside" wrote in message ... I think i accidently trashed my mouse and keyboard drivers -- i uninstalled them planning to reinstall them ...
