Default Found new hardware problem

Hi,

I have bought a datel data transfer kit for xbox 360 so i could back up
my saves onto my computer. It works fine on my xp computer but not so
good on my vista x64 computer. It comes up with found new hardware so i
press locate and install driver software, then it starts installing but
after a while it just fails. So it asks me to put the disc in, so i do
and it still can't find the driver when it is clearly on the disc. Then
a help document pops up which is useless.

Any solutions?

James

Does the mfg specifically state the device is Vista x64 compatible? If so
you need to visit their website and download the proper driver.

If it is not you may be able to install and run the software in XP
compatibility mode
