Default How do I correct settings in order to get a Digital Id?

When I try to send an email I keep getting a pop-up message telling me that I
do not have Digital ID but if I send it it will be sent properly, but I won't
be able to read it in my sent items folder.
I've never had this problem prior to having a lot of problems with my
notebook.

Go to Toolsoptionssecurity, and uncheck digitally sign all messages

Go to the tools menu in WMOptionsSecurity tab, and remove all check marks
from the bottom section called Secure MailapplyOK.
You do not need a digital ID.
