Default OS is too fast.

Hello.
This is not a jokeIn normal circumstances i would be happy, but in my
case the whole os is insanelly speeded up.The minute in system clocks is
like 4 seconds in normal time.
The video and music playbacks are also speeded up,so video goes speeded
like when the fastforwarding option were selected which surelly isnt.
The text editor pointer is flashing maybe even 10 times faster than
normal.
The same with various dowload bars.

To summarize the whole thing, whole os is insanelly fast, like i used
fastfowarding option at the whole os
