unable to update ANY program
Can't find a fix. Itunes can't connect, even with a working internet connection. Windows update doesn't work. AVGfree doesn't update unless I download the virus files off their website. Malwarebytes can't update. Either the connection times out or it says not connected to the internet. This has been going on for four weeks. I can't figure out a solution.

U have a virus that hijacks your connection, i had the same problem & i couldn't figure it out so i called Microfoft and we tried this & it worked. change your DNS server to 4.2.2.2 & altenate DNS to 4.2.2.3 then reboot, update windows, update virus program and run scans that should fix it. cheers -- husskii Posted via http://www.vistaheads.com |
