My hardware is making me crazy, constantly working loud NOISE please help!

It would help to know where the sound is coming from on your computer....are
you talking the noise of the hard drive, fans, CD/DVD/Blueray drives spinning up? Systems often have variable fan rates - which can be very loud when the system is overheating. Have you checked to see if there is plenty of airflow going through your system? Are your fans old? Open up the side of your case, and start listening for the load components.
