If you have set it up correctly, the " blocked sender " e-mails will still
be delivered, except that they are in Junk E-mails folder. You still have to
delete them manually.

Similar problem - right click on message, Junk EmailAdd sender's
domain to Junk Email List, message goes there. Next time message
arrives from same domain, it goes to Inbox. Blocked Sender List is
empty, except for one address I entered. That one stays blocked, and
new messages go directly to Junk Email Folder. Suggestions?

Some security program might be stopping the
blocked information from going to the registry.
Scanning emails with anti-virus could be the
villain.

...if you are scanning, you don't need to and it
can cause multiple types of problems.

Here is a more detailed explanation
'OETips' (http://www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3)
'Why you don't need your anti-virus to scan your email - A Cloudeight
Information Avenune Tutorial'

Worst case, you might have to actually uninstall
and reinstall turning off the scanning.
