Default Windows Mail... not Logged on as Administrator

Hi...

Windows Mail opens... sends/receives can read/write/delete email, etc.
BUT... when closing down I get a strange message:

Powered by SupportSoft
You are not currently logged into your computer as an Administrator.
This installer requires that the user be logged in as an
Administrator. Please log out and log back in as an Administrator,
and then restart the installer."

I'm a user with administrator privileges.

What is trying to install????

How do I get rid of this annoying popup every time when closing Windows
Mail?

Any ideas??? Need some help!
Thanks in advance,
Steve

What is SupportSoft. Try and use the below tool to get rid of it if you do not have
an option to uninstall it in Add\Remove or it does not have an uninstall option

iirc? This is an old problem, related to preinstalled crap loaded on Dell
PC's?

Check in control panelprograms & features to see if it is there and remove
it possibly.

It sounds like you have installed some software from your ISP.
That is always a big source of trouble. Uninstall your ISP
software and you should be fine.
