Hi,

I'm new to the boards, I recently switched the profile on my Windows
Mobile device running 6.1 to usb mass then after I was done using that
function, I switched it back to activesync, but even though my device
says its on activesync, my computer only recognizes it as a usb mass.
wmdc wont even flinch any solutions please

running vista ult x64

Have you completely powered down your phone and rebooted?
Have you tried a soft rest or whatever they call it where you press down a
pin to reset the unit to defaults?
Have you realized you should trash this Windows mobile phone as soon as you
can and get a Blackberry, Iphone or anything else that is more reliable and
easier to use?
I went through three of these in six months before I saw the light and never
looked back.
Even if the Windows mobile phones sync they have a nasty habit of
occasionally destroying your address book in Outook (yes, back it up).
