Default An Upgrade Path from XP to Windows 7

There is no direct upgrade path from XP to Windows 7 but users can use
the User State Migration Tool (USMT) to migrate user data and
settings. I wrote a piece about the upgrade, with an accompanying

However, what do you do if you have a site with hundreds of XP or
Vista users? Is there an available "light-touch" approach?
