windows vista sound crash !!!
I.ve been tested sound cards in vista and all of them crashed with stop
0x00000124. I have reached a conclusion that the problem isn't the sound driver. I think that is something related with 5.1 dolby support for vista. "new york" wrote: microsoft is not helping nothing in vista !! a stop:0x00000124 crash to a blue screen after clean install of windows vista . crash when trying to play video sample thats came w vista . the hight df driver crashing the computer . re install realtk R156 drivers for vista 32 b ultimate then a crash ! why canot resolve this ?

I have two identical Dell Dimension 9200s with Vista Ultimate and both of
hem have this very same problem. I just have the integrated audio though. I suspect the video card - nVidia 7900 GS. Dell has agreed to replace them with two identical systems which I should get next week.
