Vista + laptop + LCD screen
I have currently the same problem tprevioulsy posted on thiese newsgroups :
"I have a second VGA monitor attached to the laptop, and most of the time it acts just as that (I've already upgraded the ATI drivers for Vista). What will happen is that if I put the computer to sleep and close the lid, when I wake it back up it will revert to the 2nd monitor and make that my main one, without showing anything on the laptop's. " Please, do something. Since one week (and many reboots) I can't use the integrated laptop LCD screen any more ! I was thinking it was an hardware failure, but yesterday Vista mysterioulsy redetected the laptop screen. Unfortunately, today it's gone again. Just boring ! The laptop is designed for Vista and runs Vista Home Premium. Best regards, A.R. |

Have you talked to the laptop's manufacturer? It may be a laptop problem and
not a Vista problem... Dana Cline - MCE MVP "Adrien Reboisson" wrote in message ...
