ATI Remote Wonder
Has anyone gotten an ATI Remote Wonder or Remote Wonder Plus to work with
Vista? The 3.04 drivers seem to install OK, but the remote does not function. Thanks, Mike |

SOLUTION ATI Remote Wonder
After installing RC2 I got the "dll's can't be registered" errors when
attempting to install the 3.02 drivers. That can be fixed by copying the files: mfc71.dll and msvcr71.dll to the "windows" directory of the Vista installation before running the driver install program. You should be able to search for and find these files in the "windows\system32" directory of any XP installation that the remote is installed and working in. If the remote receiver was plugged in when the drivers were installed, unplug it and plug it back in and then it should work normally. If anyone needs the above files, post here and I'll email them to you or post them on the web. -Mike P.S. I could not get it working at all pre-RC2. "Tom Lake" wrote in message ...
