Hi,

I've got a brand new computer with Vista Home Premium and everthing appears
fine.

Except, when I go to download Windows Live Messenger, I always seem to get
sent to this site
http://g.msn.com/8reen_us/EN_NOUS/IN...SSENGER_DL.EXE
for which I always get this message
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Only page I've found that I can't connect to. Turning off firewall and virus
checker doesn't seem to help.

Any suggestions?

I have exactly the same problem
Except I have had my computer since November.
And everything was fine until the other day my msn had dissappeared and
now it wont download again and I have the same message....
I have tried everything and even my mates who are immense at computers
dont know
if you have any help and you get it working please contact me.
also if i do too il contact you.
